Guam Cave Bait-Station Wildlife Observations, 2025
Who visits a bait station besides the target snake?
Camera transcriptions near two Guam swiftlet caves record brown treesnakes, invertebrates, and bait take, alongside snake-presence and spatial-factor tables. These are observations at selected stations and dates, not a Guam-wide animal census.
“When bait stations aim to protect swiftlets, which other animals visit them?”

Bait take is not always snake take; do not generalise two caves to all Guam or unnecessarily publish precise sensitive swiftlet nesting coordinates.
