Health Canada publishes permitted and endorsed quantities for medical or scientific cannabis imports and exports, with year, month, direction, product class, unit, and purpose. The files are organised by product class, not individual permit.

Redownload both English CSVs and the terms file before publication. Distinguish permitted (authorised) from endorsed (reported actual) quantities; check kg/L units, product class, and month. The program dates to 2018, but sampled files showed 2022–2026; do not turn absent years into zero trade or treat product-class rows as individual permits.
